Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Appointment Scheduling: Consultation sessions can be booked using our online scheduling tool. Available slots are shown in real-time. Please choose a time that best suits your schedule. Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your appointment, along with any relevant details or instructions for the consultation. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. This can be done through the link provided in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly. Cancellation Policy: Notice Period: We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
